If you are close to running out of data you can top up your plan. Please note that top ups are for POOL 1 PLANS ONLY.
PLEASE NOTE
You can not top up a plan which has expired. E.g. you have run out of data, or have reached 30/60/90/120 days. If unsure please refer to "Checking Expired Plans" section of this guide.
Topping up a plan DOES NOT automatically extend the expiration date of your plan.

Please make sure to specify your plan username in the blank field titled "Residential login username"
If you are unsure what is a "Residential login username", please refer to the initial email that was sent to you which contains your username and password. The provided username will be the one that you will need to fill into the field titled "Residential login username"
Once your top-up have been processed, you will receive an email stating "Your order is on the way" . You can then proceed to send the "!data" command to Ignify Bot to double check on your new data balance.
Top-ups are added instantly upon purchase, if you did not received your top-up after purchase, please open a ticket with order number in our discord server.
