Q: What's the Difference between Static and Rotating Proxies?
A: Static - A proxy that remains static, its IP does not change per request as long as the session has not expired. Rotating - A proxy which IP changes upon every single request
Q: Help, a few of my proxies are showing dead!
A: If only a few of the proxies are showing dead, it is likely that the session has not yet initialised on our backconnect yet. I recommend testing the dead proxies a few more times, they should eventually initialise and be assigned an IP. This happens very rarely.
Q: What Region Proxies Should I Use?
A: For sites which ban frequently and have high security bot protection, I would recommend using "eu_random" for eu based sites and "random" for websites based elsewhere. A good example of using "eu_random" would be for mesh sites or footlocker. For other websites such as US Footsites, American based proxies are required, therefore the region should be 'US'.
Q: The bot didn't respond when I tried to generate proxies.
A: Please try again, you need to respond to the commands within 60 seconds otherwise your conversation with the bot will timeout.
